TASTING NOTES
Bodega Noemia de Patagonia Malbec, Valle de Rio Negro is a deep violet with garnet edges. The bouquet of this wine is an intense dark fruit, with hints of coffee, dark chocolate and spice notes. Its flavour is well-balanced and elegant; well-integrated fruit, tannins and acidity; with a persistent, long finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS Pairs well with lamb, red meats, game and is a great accompaniment to cheese boards.
Planted in 1932, this 3.7 acre vineyard consists of pre-phylloxera Malbec vines. The vineyard is divided into four lots based on soil composition and exposure, and are then harvested as they reach maturity.
Grapes are harvested in the morning and are transported in refrigerated trucks to preserve their nuanced character.
Classy Malbec, mineral, lush and elegant and very complexe, huge ageing potential, cult wine.
The vineyard is 100% certified organic by Ecocert. This wine is unique for its terroir and style, a Malbec unlike any other.
Viticulture is key.
