Caramelized walnuts mixed with cotton candy and dried fruit. Earthy notes, as well as trail mix and ripened figs unite behind in taste to a perfect symbiosis. Subtle but persistent sweetness in the finale.
Store and Serve Advice:
Get the most from your port wine by choosing a reasonable sized port glass, serving it slightly chilled at 12ºC-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Delicious as an aperitif or following an evening meal. It can also accompany chocolate, cheeses and cream-based desserts or desserts that are not overly sweet. It goes very well with dry fruit and nuts, nut cakes and Swiss rolls.
