Delgado Zuleta Tarabilla Muscat Dry White wine 2020

Dry white wine of muscat grapes that has been aged for 6 months under the yeast membrane of the La Goya Solera.  It is part of Delgado Zuleta's innovation white wine project that applies the virtues of biological ageing to create more complex and expressive wines.

Great aromatic intensity with notes of fresh fruit combined with nuances of yeast, nuts and citrus.  On the palate, a smooth entry and very round.  Fresh with good acidity, perfectly balanced with the elegant bitterness typical of the variety.

A perfect wine to enjoy on its own but also a perfect a perfect complement to traditional tapas; also salads and soups and fish dishes.
