Mas Candi Pecat Noble Malvasia

Pecat Noble is defined by two themes: malvasia de Sitges and botrytis.
Late harvest wine made from malvasia de Sitges grapes.  Special conditions in this vintage allowed the development of noble rot - or botrytis cinerea.
We collabprated with the German Wine CEllar Sant Hurban-Hoff who have a much greater experience of working with similar harvest wines in the Mosel.
Intense aromas with citrus and exotic fruit notes.  Also floral aspects ((oranges, roses) and aromatic herbs as well as delicate honey notes.
In the mouth, the wine is generous and glicerol-ly. With good acid to balance the sweetness.  Reminds of exotic tropical fruits. Long and persistent palate.
An extraordinary botrytised dessert wine. A sublime wine.
