Blend: 100% Malbec.
Origin: Curicó Valley.
VINEYARD
Vineyard located in Sagrada Familia, Latitud35°1´5.38” South, Longitude 71°26´2.60” West.
Soil of coluvial origin formed at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range. Old and well-balanced 1940 vineyard run on traditional trellis with furrow irrigation.
VINTAGE
Very hot summer, the harvesting was defined according to the concentration of the grapes and their aromatic potential. The harvest took place on the third week of April. Manual harvesting in small boxes of 18kg.
FERMENTATION NOTES
Winemaking orientated to aromatic and elegant wines, cold maceration and soft extraction. Grapes are de-stemmed and manually selected; Native yeast;-Skin contact and complete malolactic fermentation.

AGEING
Aged in first use French oak barrels for 20 months.
COLOUR
Wine naturally clean and stable, has a deep red colour with purple tints.
AROMAS
Complex wine. Firstly ripe black fruit, to then show floral notes like violets. Notes of sweet spices, green tea and green peppers.
PALATE
Linear entry, juicy, concentrated and tannic sweetness. Very elegant and delicate with a great vivacity.
HOW TO SERVE
Best served at 18°C.
